Grants and Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex grants and contracts portfolio, including pre-award and post-award activities
• Coordinate proposal submissions and ensure compliance with agency and university guidelines
• Oversee budget management, reporting, and compliance throughout the lifecycle of grants and contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; research or grants education/certification is preferred
• Minimum of three years of relevant grants and contracts experience
• Successful completion of Research Administration Academy (RAA) and Advanced Grants Management (AGM) training within specified timeframe
• Knowledge of federal rules and compliance related to grants and contracts management
• Experience in an academic institution is preferred
