Grants and Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing a complex portfolio of grants and contracts, the full-time Grants and Contracts Manager will ensure compliance, oversee financial integrity, and build partnerships across stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform pre-award and post-award activities for a diverse portfolio of grants and contracts
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with agency and university regulations
• Supervise other grants and contracts personnel and support staff while managing large, interdisciplinary projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; research or grants education and/or certification preferred
• Three years of relevant grants and contracts experience required
• Successful completion of the Research Administration Academy (RAA) and Advanced Grants Management (AGM) training required
• Experience in managing a complex grant portfolio in a university or institutional setting preferred
• Certified Research Administrator preferred
