Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Officer to facilitate the grant process, pre- and post-award.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate research, prepare, finalize, submit, and follow up on industry, foundation, and government grants
- Process grant reconciliations, maintain records, and communicate with funders
- Establish relationships with foundations and provide complex administrative support to Principal Investigators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 6 years of related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 4 years of related work experience
- Experience with pre- and post-award processes for grants
- Ability to conduct complex work under minimal supervision
- Demonstrated organizational capacity and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Familiarity with grant management systems and university policies is preferred
