Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Officer to facilitate the grant process, pre- and post-award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate research, prepare, finalize, submit, and follow up on industry, foundation, and government grants
  • Process grant reconciliations, maintain records, and communicate with funders
  • Establish relationships with foundations and provide complex administrative support to Principal Investigators
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 6 years of related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 4 years of related work experience
  • Experience with pre- and post-award processes for grants
  • Ability to conduct complex work under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated organizational capacity and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with grant management systems and university policies is preferred
