Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Officer to facilitate the grant process and provide administrative support for research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the grant process pre- and post-award, including research, preparation, submission, and follow-up on grants
  • Develop budgets, process grant reconciliations, maintain records, and communicate with funders
  • Establish relationships with foundations and coordinate cross-departmental efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 6 years of related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 4 years of related work experience
  • Experience in grant management and administration
  • Familiarity with pre-award and post-award systems and processes
  • Ability to conduct complex work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated organizational capacity and ability to manage diverse responsibilities
