Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aspects of major grants, ensuring compliance with funder requirements
• Support the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for strategic decision-making
• Serve as a financial liaison between program, engineering, development, and finance teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit finance, specifically in financial grant management
• Advanced Excel modeling and budgeting skills
• Experience with budget development and financial reporting
• Familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance in grant financial compliance
• Understanding of nonprofit accounting principles, particularly fund accounting
