Job Summary
Coordinating critical grant administration activities, the full-time remote Grants Associate will manage data related to grantmaking, support special projects throughout the grant lifecycle, and ensure effective communication with grantee partners and funding seekers.
Key responsibilities
- Support the administration of grants, including tracking initiatives, managing award processes, and maintaining accurate grant records
- Develop and manage surveys to collect and analyze data from grantee partners and funding applicants to inform funding decisions
- Provide project management support for special projects and assist the Grantmaking team with tracking grantee deliverables and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in coordinating administrative activities
- Strong data management skills with analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM or grants management tool is preferred
