Job Summary
Supporting the programs team, the part-time Grants Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, coordinate application processes, and engage with grantees for a new investigative anti-hate reporting fund, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and organizing selection committee calls
- Coordinate application and selection processes, serving as a point of contact for fellows, grantees, and applicants
- Monitor grantee reports and assist in preparing grant reports while collaborating with the programs team on application processes
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, journalism, grantmaking, or international affairs/development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as media development or international relations
- Proficiency in tools like Survey Monkey, Asana, and Mailchimp is desired
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
