Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Coordinator (Part-Time) to support the lifecycle of local, state, and federal grants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with reviewing and researching funding opportunities and coordinate proposal submissions
  • Support tracking of deliverables, reporting deadlines, and coordinate communications with grantor agencies
  • Monitor documentation for audit readiness and assist in maintaining grant calendars and schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting federal, state, or foundation grants
  • Familiarity with state grants and federal grant systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar tools
