Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grants Coordinator (Part-Time) to support the lifecycle of local, state, and federal grants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and researching funding opportunities and coordinate proposal submissions
- Support tracking of deliverables, reporting deadlines, and coordinate communications with grantor agencies
- Monitor documentation for audit readiness and assist in maintaining grant calendars and schedules
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience supporting federal, state, or foundation grants
- Familiarity with state grants and federal grant systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar tools
