Job Summary
Coordinating research administration activities, the part-time Grants Coordinator will manage grants and contracts from inception to termination, providing financial planning, reporting, and compliance support in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee pre-and post-award grants management, including proposal development and post-award reporting
- Perform expense and revenue reviews using Oracle, Cognos, and other university systems, including preparing journal entries
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators and department personnel to communicate important information and recommend solutions to emerging issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and one year of grants and contracts administration experience, or three years of relevant experience
- Experience with Oracle, Cognos, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy in work
