Grants Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Grants Financial Analyst will perform post-award activities, manage grant expenditures, and act as a liaison with accounting departments to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Track and maintain an online database of grants and provide fund management support to principal investigators
• Approve purchasing documents and ensure compliance with grant policies while managing the year-end process
• Assist with the closure of grant accounts and coordinate proposal submissions and budgets for pre-award activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of relevant experience in grant administration or financial management
• Knowledge of agency guidelines and grant management systems preferred
• No specific certification or professional license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
