Grants Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support grant financial operations, the full-time remote Grants Financial Analyst will manage post-award activities, assist with pre-award tasks, and serve as a liaison to accounting departments while tracking and maintaining grant databases.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison to accounting departments to resolve issues and manage the year-end process
• Track and maintain an online database of grants, providing fund management and budgetary updates with PIs
• Ensure timely implementation of contracts and subcontracts while coordinating grant-related information requests

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• No specific certification or professional license required
