Grants Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Performing post-award activities with moderate supervision, the full-time remote Grants Financial Analyst will manage grant financial operations, act as a liaison to accounting departments, and assist with budgetary changes while ensuring compliance with grant policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Track and maintain an online database of grants, manage year-end processes, and resolve accounting issues
• Provide fund management support to Principal Investigators (PIs) and approve purchasing documents in line with grant policies
• Ensure timely implementation of contracts and manage grant-related correspondence with agencies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of relevant work experience in grant administration or financial management
• Knowledge of agency guidelines and grant financial processes preferred
