Job Summary

Supporting a US Federal Government client remotely, the full-time Grants Management Specialist will provide administrative, analytical, and technical support for the federal grants lifecycle, including pre-award, award processing, and post-award monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct administrative completeness reviews of grant applications and supporting documentation
  • Enter, validate, and maintain grant application and award data within electronic grants management systems
  • Prepare draft eligibility analyses, budget reviews, and administrative findings for Government review
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting federal grants management operations pursuant to 2 CFR 200
  • Experience using electronic grants management systems such as eGMS or similar platforms
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to independently manage workload priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in public administration, library science, or a related field
