Job Summary

Grants Manager, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grants including compliance oversight and funding coordination, in a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the organization's grants portfolio, ensuring compliance and timely execution of grant-related activities
  • Monitor grant spending and prepare programmatic reports, ensuring alignment with funding requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to support grant applications and compliance documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public administration, finance, accounting, nonprofit management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grants administration, management, or related fields
  • Preferred experience in FQHC, community health centers, or nonprofit healthcare settings
  • Experience with HRSA grants, Ryan White funding, and government contracts preferred
  • Familiarity with grant portals and federal or state reporting processes preferred
