Grants Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with various teams, the full-time salaried Grants Manager will develop grant proposals, donor reports, and communication initiatives to secure funding and strengthen relationships with donors in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary writer and project manager for institutional grant proposals and donor report submissions
• Communicate effectively across departments regarding deadlines and grant development needs
• Maintain a tracking system for grant proposals and manage records related to grant activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in grant writing and management
• Exceptional grant writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a proven track record
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear and persuasive narratives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace required
