Grants Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of 30-50 active grant agreements, ensuring compliance with donor terms and conditions
• Support grant application processes, including due diligence and budget reviews, and facilitate training on compliance
• Monitor active awards for compliance, manage reporting, and coordinate audits and award closeouts

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in managing US Federal and Government funded awards and subawards
• Knowledge of US Funding Regulations and ability to interpret them for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and gaps
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and Slack is a plus
• Professionally fluent in English
