Grants Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Manager to oversee grantmaking operations and enhance the grantee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational components of grantmaking and ensure compliance with relevant policies
• Serve as the primary contact for technical and operational grants-related issues
• Monitor grants management trends and implement continuous improvement practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years' experience in grants management, preferably with a grantmaking organization
• Extensive experience with grants management software
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
