Grants Manager

Job Summary

Leading the full grant life-cycle, the full-time Grants Manager will manage research, proposal development, submission, reporting, and renewals in a remote capacity to support organizational sustainability and strategic funding opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire grant program management process, including research and proposal development
• Write persuasive and data-informed grant proposals and related communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track deadlines, and align messaging

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nonprofit grant writing or major donor communication experience
• Experience working on a communications and/or development team
• Ability to raise and maintain full financial support
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
