Grants Manager

Job Summary

To support Zearn's mission of enhancing math learning for all kids, the full-time remote Grants Manager will manage funder relationships, oversee grant reporting processes, and communicate the impact of philanthropic support on organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage funder relationships and reporting for strategic grants, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Operationalize project management across the grant lifecycle, maintaining transparency and accountability within internal teams
• Effectively communicate how philanthropic support advances Zearn's strategic goals, synthesizing data into compelling narratives

Required qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of experience in grant management or project management, with a focus on reporting and execution
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear narratives for funders
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Familiarity with compliance structures of large national philanthropic foundations
