Grants Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a fractional Grants Manager to work remotely in a part-time capacity, this role will manage prospect research, proposal development, and impactful reporting to support the Youth Impact Fund focused on family foundations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research to deepen and broaden the network of foundation funders and develop tailored outreach strategies
• Translate RIVET's model and impact into compelling funding proposals and concept notes
• Ensure timely reporting deadlines are met and collaborate with the Impact and Finance teams for accurate data integration

Required qualifications

• Experience in grant writing and proposal development, particularly with family foundations
• Strong background in prospect research and outreach strategy development
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to design funding opportunities
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking moves management
• Proven track record of meeting reporting deadlines and ensuring data accuracy
