Grants Manager Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Manager Consultant to lead a short-term project focused on enhancing its grants management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing grants management systems and processes
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, templates, tools, and internal controls to support grant acquisition and compliance
• Conduct compliance reviews and ensure alignment with private foundation grant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in grants management and compliance
• Knowledge of budgeting for restricted and unrestricted funding
• Ability to train and mentor staff on grants management practices
• Strong understanding of private foundation grant regulations
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management or related field
