Grants Payments Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Grants Payments Data Analyst will assist in building and managing a forecasting model for clinical site payments, collaborate with various teams to develop the end-to-end forecasting process, and create client-ready deliverables as specified by sponsor contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Gather current site and patient enrollment data to assist in forecasting needs
• Create and maintain a forecasting model, linking it with Medidata Payments forecasts
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support financial audits

Required qualifications

• Degree educated with 2 to 5 years of finance experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, databases, and accounting systems
• Understanding of accounting and revenue recognition standards
• Familiarity with the process of paying sites
• Ability to influence and challenge as required
