Job Summary

Grants Processing Assistant is a part-time position responsible for providing customer support by responding to inquiries related to program policy, technical issues, and operations through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding program policy and technical questions
  • Utilize approved documentation to provide accurate information to customers
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved inquiries as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using helpdesk software and customer support tools
  • Basic understanding of IT and technical support principles
  • Ability to follow approved scripts and documentation accurately
