Job Summary
Grants Processing Assistant is a part-time position responsible for providing customer support by responding to inquiries related to program policy, technical issues, and operations through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding program policy and technical questions
- Utilize approved documentation to provide accurate information to customers
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved inquiries as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software and customer support tools
- Basic understanding of IT and technical support principles
- Ability to follow approved scripts and documentation accurately
