Grants Program Analyst

Job Summary

Providing independent support services, the full-time Grants Program Analyst will manage grant application triage, conduct thorough reviews of applications, and facilitate communication with grantees and federal staff, all in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Triage competing grant applications and manage work priorities to ensure timely documentation receipt
• Perform detailed reviews of grant applications, identifying funding barriers and regulatory concerns
• Facilitate communication and correspondence with grantees and federal staff, addressing administrative issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience with a Bachelor's degree and three years of specialized experience
• Five years of specialized experience in NIH grants management
• Experience with the eRA IMPACII Grants Management Module
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures related to complex grant issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
