Job Summary
Providing independent support services, the full-time Grants Program Analyst will manage grant application triage, conduct thorough reviews of applications, and facilitate communication with grantees and federal staff, all in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Triage competing grant applications and manage work priorities to ensure timely documentation receipt
- Perform detailed reviews of grant applications, identifying funding barriers and regulatory concerns
- Facilitate communication and correspondence with grantees and federal staff, addressing administrative issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience with a Bachelor's degree and three years of specialized experience
- Five years of specialized experience in NIH grants management
- Experience with the eRA IMPACII Grants Management Module
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures related to complex grant issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
