Job Summary

Grants Project Coordinator provides part-time administrative and operational support for federal grant review and application activities, ensuring accurate processing and coordination of reviewer activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining program support materials and documentation
  • Collect, validate, and process grant applications through various systems
  • Provide administrative support during virtual meetings and track attendance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in administrative support or related roles preferred
  • Experience with virtual meetings and document management is desirable
  • Familiarity with federal grant environments is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and grant management platforms
