Job Summary
Grants Project Coordinator provides part-time administrative and operational support for federal grant review and application activities, ensuring accurate processing and coordination of reviewer activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and maintaining program support materials and documentation
- Collect, validate, and process grant applications through various systems
- Provide administrative support during virtual meetings and track attendance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative support or related roles preferred
- Experience with virtual meetings and document management is desirable
- Familiarity with federal grant environments is a plus
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and grant management platforms
