Job Summary

Grants Project Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for providing advanced administrative and operational support for federal grant review and application activities, including coordinating reviewer activities and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate preparation and maintenance of program support materials and manage reviewer recruitment activities
  • Process and validate grant applications, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Prepare operational documentation and support quality assurance reviews and audits
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, grants administration, or related operational roles
  • Experience supporting federal grant review operations or government program administration preferred
  • Familiarity with documentation management and quality assurance in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with grants management platforms
