Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate grant management during the preference period, the full-time Grants Project Manager will manage the lifecycle of allocated grants from award through audit to closeout while interfacing with the Government Stimulus Program.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of allocated grants, ensuring compliance with all terms, conditions, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess impacts on project scope, budget, and timeline while monitoring and reporting on grant budgets
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for grant funding utilization and facilitate communication among project teams and funding agencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing state or federal grants, particularly in broadband infrastructure or related fields
- Familiarity with BEAD, NTIA Middle Mile, Treasury Capital Funds, and other relevant grant programs created under the American Rescue Plan and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law
- Understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Experience in vendor and subcontractor management
