Grants Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Research Associate Contractor focused on higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and select funding sources that align with client projects
• Manage tight deadlines to produce prospecting reports and other deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to refine project scopes and explore creative content delivery solutions

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an education- or writing-related discipline is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in grant-related research, preferably in pre-award and prospecting research
• Familiarity with Grants.gov and grant-related databases such as Pivot or Candid
• Experience writing and researching for an academic audience
• High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
