Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants & Research Manager to join their fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research to identify and prioritize grant opportunities from various philanthropic sources
• Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals and manage the full grants lifecycle
• Perform research on major donors and draft personalized proposals and stewardship reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of professional grant writing experience in a nonprofit setting
• Strong prospect research skills using various databases and tools
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with donor/CRM databases
