Job Summary
To support the regional grants function, the full-time Grants Specialist will manage grant tracking systems, oversee financial summaries of accepted grants, and coordinate grant submissions while working remotely across PA, DE, and MD.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage grant tracking systems and financial summaries for accepted grants
- Conduct research to identify grant opportunities and summarize funder requirements for internal partners
- Coordinate the submission of grant applications and amendments, ensuring compliance with all requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, public health, nonprofit management, business, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of grant development and management experience with a proven track record of securing and managing awards
- Experience preparing grant budgets, financial reports, and compliance documentation
- Knowledge of federal and state grant processes, with familiarity in Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across various functions
