Grants Specialist

Job Summary

Passionate about advocating for children and families, the full-time remote Grants Specialist will manage grant writing and reporting efforts to secure funding through various sources, while collaborating with local chapters to align their needs with funding opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with chapter staff and stakeholders to understand their funding needs
• Proactively plan and complete grant proposals and reports, ensuring alignment with funder priorities and timely submission
• Support the development of long-term grant strategies and maintain accurate records of grant activities and deadlines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• A minimum of five years of non-profit grant-writing experience
• Proven success in obtaining funding from foundations, corporations, and public sources
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders
