Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Grants Strategy and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a strategic grants plan for the College of Health and Human Sciences
• Oversee major proposal initiatives and provide guidance on budget development and compliance
• Serve as a strategic liaison with university partners to ensure effective grant lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• At least five years of experience in grant strategy, development, and compliance in higher education or nonprofit settings
• Proven success in securing and managing projects exceeding $1 million
• Experience supervising professional staff and leading teams
• Strong understanding of federal and non-federal funding mechanisms and compliance frameworks
