Graphic Design Expert

Job Summary

To support a project focused on AI design evaluation, the part-time contract Graphic Design Expert will review and edit designs in Canva, ensuring cohesion and effectiveness across visual elements while committing to 20 hours per week for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Review designs for typography, visual hierarchy, color palette, and overall effectiveness
• Identify and edit flawed slides to enhance cohesion within the overall design
• Process high volumes of design samples while meeting quality benchmarks for consistency

Required qualifications

• Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, or 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency at intermediate to expert level in Canva Editor
• Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography
• Experience in reviewing or providing design feedback
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week for at least 4 weeks, with potential for extension
