Job Summary
Managing a small team while contributing hands-on, the remote Graphic Design Manager will oversee the quality and execution of visual design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand standards across various marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the graphic design vision for campaigns, product marketing, and events, ensuring high-quality and on-brand work
- Directly manage and mentor the Graphic Design Team, providing feedback and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated creative solutions and lead creative reviews and stakeholder presentations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3+ years in a management role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and storytelling across digital and brand experiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is a plus
- Experience working with marketing teams on campaigns and product marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive mindset and dedication to operational excellence
