Graphic Design Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graphic Design and Production Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all areas of the design process from initial prototype to creation to final product, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Design graphics for digital platforms, ensuring compatibility across different formats, while complementing messaging to boost engagement and uphold brand consistency
• Collaborate with team members to create extensible and scalable design elements that can be shared and incorporated into various projects while preserving brand identity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a design role in a nonprofit, Business-to-Business, or campaign setting
• Experience with creating multimedia presentations, data visualizations, and web graphics
• Understanding of graphic production
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with Canva
