Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and designs for sales proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials
• Create visually compelling layouts, graphics, and illustrations for effective communication with target audiences
• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all materials and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in sales proposals and marketing materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in an agency setting, preferably in fundraising or philanthropy
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
