Graphic Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Proposal Team on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling, on-brand RFP responses and proposal documents for print and PDF delivery
• Collaborate with the proposal writer to conceptualize and execute layout and visual treatments
• Create templates, infographics, charts, and custom visuals to communicate complex information clearly

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on print design
• Proven experience designing proposals, RFPs, pitch decks, or other professional client-facing documents
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
• Experience working in CST time zone or availability to overlap with CST business hours
