Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and revise SOPs, Policies, Processes, and Procedures using established documentation standards
• Perform research and analysis in collaboration with subject matter experts to understand workflows and identify process gaps
• Facilitate interviews and working sessions with stakeholders to gather accurate information for Business Essential Documents (BEDs)

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience writing detailed technical documentation (2+ years)
• Strong analysis and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects with changing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with documentation governance platforms such as SharePoint or LogicGate is preferred
