Job Summary

To create engaging marketing visuals for real estate and small-business clients, the contract Graphic Designer will work remotely on a pay-per-project basis, designing logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates while managing project timelines and revisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates for clients
• Promptly turn around revisions based on feedback and manage project timelines
• Stay current on design trends relevant to real estate and small-business marketing

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of professional design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Basic copywriting ability for design-adjacent text (headlines, CTAs) is a plus
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple small projects independently
