Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of real estate and small-business clients, the contract Graphic Designer will create marketing visuals including logos, social media graphics, and brochures, while managing multiple projects remotely on a pay-per-project basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates tailored to client branding
• Promptly implement revisions based on feedback and manage project timelines proactively
• Stay updated on design trends relevant to real estate and small-business marketing

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of professional design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Ability to communicate effectively in written English; conversational English for occasional calls
• Self-directed with the capability to manage multiple small projects independently
