Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Working as an independent contractor, the Graphic Designer will develop creative materials for various projects, including PowerPoint presentations and data posters, while collaborating with multiple departments and adhering to client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop designs and templates for client projects using software such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop
• Format and enhance creative deliverables while implementing edits as requested by various departments
• Prepare files for print or digital submission, ensuring compliance with submission requirements

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent graphic design experience
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the design industry, preferably in pharma/biotech or scientific communications
• Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and graphics fundamentals
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Products
• Experience in illustrating data graphs and creating infographics is a plus
