Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic AI content team, the contract Graphic Designer will create high-quality templates and documents across Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring designs are visually compelling and aligned with established quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build templates for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, tailored for various customer scenarios
• Collaborate with content and design partners to refine templates and ensure alignment with creative guidelines
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows while maintaining quality and usability across files

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly with presentations and documents
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual design skills
