Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support the AI training initiative, experienced graphic designers will engage in flexible, fully remote work evaluating and enhancing professional design layouts to train AI models on visual quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate professional designs for typography, visual hierarchy, color, layout, and overall polish
• Identify design issues and apply skills in a browser-based editor to enhance designs to a professional standard
• Maintain consistent quality and judgment while processing a steady volume of design evaluations

Required qualifications

• Formal design training (degree, certificate, or bootcamp) or 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong command of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Fluency with browser-based design tools for efficient execution
• A calibrated, objective eye for evaluating designs against established principles
• Availability of 10+ hours per week for the next 2-6 weeks
