Job Summary

To drive the visual side of an AI-native creative pipeline, the contract Graphic Designer will design high-performing creative for paid social platforms, adapting styles across various brands while working remotely from Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-performing creative for paid social platforms from concept to final asset
• Build multiple angles and variations for testing conversion effectiveness
• Utilize AI-native workflow tools to produce creative quickly and efficiently

Required qualifications

• Proven experience designing conversion-focused creative with a strong portfolio
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, including hooks and visual attention
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Genuine fluency with AI design tools and enthusiasm for their future potential
• Ability to work independently and efficiently without compromising quality
