Graphic Designer Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary

To improve AI-generated career guidance for design professionals, experienced Graphic Designers will evaluate and enhance the quality of AI advice in a fully remote, flexible freelance role.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related inquiries from graphic designers and visual creatives at various stages
• Write expert-level "golden answers" that provide high-quality career guidance within the design field
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice and flag any inaccuracies

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of creative career development and design hiring processes
• Experience in providing design feedback or mentoring creatives
• Clear and effective written communication skills for translating expertise into practical guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable, capable of meeting quality expectations independently
