To support the development of AI career guidance systems, the freelance Graphic Designer Evaluator will remotely review career-related questions, write expert-level responses, and create evaluation rubrics to enhance AI-generated advice for graphic designers.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from graphic designers at various stages of their careers
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance in the design field
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role
• Strong understanding of creative career development and design hiring practices
• Experience providing design feedback or mentoring junior creatives
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex creative concepts
• Ability to provide practical and actionable career advice based on industry experience
