Graphic Designer Evaluator

Job Summary

To improve AI career guidance systems, experienced Graphic Designers will evaluate and refine advice for creatives in a fully remote, flexible contract role focused on providing expert-level career insights and developing evaluation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review career questions from graphic designers and visual creatives across various experience levels
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance within the design field
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice and flag inaccuracies

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of design career development and creative hiring processes
• Experience in reviewing design work, mentoring creatives, or contributing to hiring decisions
• Excellent written communication skills for translating expertise into clear guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to maintain quality while working independently
