Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, the full-time remote Graphic Designer for Performance Marketing will create high-performing static creatives for various platforms, focusing on driving clicks, conversions, and revenue through effective direct-response design.
Key responsibilities
- Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other paid social campaigns
- Create performance-focused creatives optimized for click-through rates and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on marketing assets and ad variations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of graphic design experience for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social ads and performance-focused creative
- Experience designing for digital advertising platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
- Solid understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
