Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Graphic Designer, Templates will create high-quality templates, presentations, and documents across PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure visually compelling and accessible designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build templates for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Create reusable design components and visual systems to support diverse customer scenarios
• Collaborate with content and design partners to incorporate feedback and enhance template quality

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing layout and visual design skills
• Experience designing professional content in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of template design and document formatting
• Ability to follow creative direction and manage multiple projects effectively
