Key Responsibilities

• Develop large-format graphics and show look concepts for live events
• Prepare production-ready, print-friendly files for seamless on-site delivery and setup
• Manage projects from intake through completion, ensuring timelines and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Graphic Design (or related field) OR 5+ years of experience in graphic design/layout within the live events industry
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of large-format print production processes
• Ability to manipulate and prepare various file types for production vendors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
